Everytime I repair a chair, I flash back to breaking a spindle a beautiful stationary rocker I had in college. At the time I had no idea how to fix it so eventually the chair ended up at goodwill or the landfill. 🙁

Weaving Fibre Rush
You can see that the fibre is damaged along a straight edge of the chair’s frame. The cardboard is there to minimize this evenutality. This chair was fun. I hadn’t weaved fibre rush before and I suprised at how easy it was to work with.

Airbnb Chair Repair
This chair was broken by a guest at an Airbnb and the owner called hoping to have it fixed quickly. I had it back to him the next day.

Set of Four Chairs Repaired and Recovered
My client had four chairs that were all falling apart. Loose and broken joints required that all four chairs were dismantled entirely. Once the frames were repaired I put new covers on the seats. The client asked that I leave the existing seat covers beneath the covers I put on them. So now there are
